Mobilo Pick. We stopped for this one on the way past. The fitment and the ride height are doing the work, and the darker details are restrained enough that the car still reads as a Golf R rather than a project. Whoever owns it made a series of quiet decisions and got every one of them right.

What we can see
- Volkswagen Golf R hatchback, Mk7.5 generation body
- Red paint, factory appearance
- ADVAN Racing RZ-II wheels, dark machined finish, eighteen inch. The spoke is cast MOLD-FORMED, so these are mold formed rather than forged
- Michelin tyres. The rear sidewall reads 235/40 ZR18 95Y extra load
- Noticeably reduced wheel gap. The car sits lower than standard
- Quad exhaust outlets
- Front lip, side skirt extensions and a rear diffuser treatment
- Red front brake calipers carrying the factory R logo, so the standard Golf R brakes rather than an aftermarket big brake kit
